Construction: 4 Ply Nylon unless otherwise
noted above. Made in the USA. Street and
strip compound.
- All Firestone
Dragster Tires are tubeless. Built in new
molds from the original Firestone drawings.
The whitewalls are molded into the tire, NOT
added on after the tire is made.
- All sizes
are DOT approved. All whitewalls are smooth
and do not have lettering in the whitewall
stripe. Available as a blackwall also.
- UTQG:
Not rated.
- No mileage
warranty on these tires.
- Mounting/Balancing Recommendations:
Modern techniques dictate the use of post
inflation during the manufacturing process;
this may lead to the tires being slightly
larger than an original. Some fitment issues
can occur with spare tires wells,
side-mounts or continental kits. Static
balance with the weights on the inside of
the tire only in order to protect the soft
whitewall. This also gives a more pleasing
appearance. Recommend the use of lug centric
balancing over hub centric. Due to the
cosmetic whitewall insert these tires may
take 3 to 5 ounces to balance, this is
normal.
- Produced in
the USA. The whitewalls are molded into the tire, not added on after
the tires are made.
- All listed
measurements are non-scientific and may
change with different rim widths.
- Never mix
bias and radials on the same vehicle because
the vehicle may steer uncontrollably.
- Old rims can
often be out-of-round and should be
carefully checked before mounting.
- Extended
tire protection warranty is available.
